Favole di Luce 2021-2022, a walk with the Divine Comedy of Dante Alighieri
One of the novelties of this year are the artistic projections on the Divine Comedy (Divina Commedia). A tribute that Gaeta has dedicated to the Supreme Poet on the 700th year of his death. But in Gaeta anything can happen, even Dante can be found around the ancient village of the city reciting the famous verses of his masterpieces. A wandering theatrical show, starting from the Charles III gate (Carlo III), held every Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, from 4.30pm to 5.30pm. A journey not to be missed taking you into Hell, Purgatory and Paradise whilst being accompanied by an exceptional guide. Thus, the Annunziata bastion of Lungomare Caboto, the church of San Biagio and the Angioino castle become the perfect setting for the verses of the florentine poet.

And what about the huge Drago Zu who moved to the central Piazza XIX Maggio for this occasion! In Piazza V. Capodanno, on the other hand, in the folkloristic via Indipendenza, we return to Italy with the view of the Tower of Pisa.By staying in the centre of town, you will be amazed by the beauty of the buildings illuminated with the colourfully themed projections. Nemo, Alice in Wonderland, the Little Mermaid and the Little Prince take shape on the facades of the buildings, creating an enchanting display.
